What Clients Say
The best measure of my work is what happens in a client's kitchen after I've left. These are their words, published with their permission.
Bronleigh House Café, Neath Port Talbot
Pre-EHO mock audit, July 2026
"We had our inspection and have received a 5. Thank you for the help."
Meg, Head Chef and co-owner
Bronleigh House Café had come down to a Food Hygiene Rating of 4 after a recent inspection and wanted the 5 back at the next one. I carried out a pre-EHO mock audit against the same three areas the inspector scores, then handed the team a written report with a short list of priority actions. Those covered allergen handling, signed daily checks, a chilled delivery log and temperature checks before food goes into the fridge.
They put the changes in place. At their October 2026 inspection the café was awarded a 5. The credit is theirs, Meg's record keeping was already the strongest part of the audit.
