Garnish: cinnamon stick + dehydrated orange wheel + fresh cranberries

Method: Build in a large wine glass over ice: Prosecco → Aperol → spiced cranberry soda top-up. Stir gently.

Note: Make spiced cranberry soda by gently heating cranberry juice with a cinnamon stick and star anise for 5 minutes, then carbonate if you have a SodaStream (or just use regular soda and add a dash of the spiced juice).
